Warranty Period

Our products are covered by a 30-day warranty commencing on the invoice date for the permanent license. All of our products and documentation are delivered electronically from the TotalView Technologies website. TotalView Technologies offers software maintenance contracts for continued technical support beyond the expiration of your warranty.

Extended Maintenance

TotalView Technologies offers a maintenance program that entitles you to technical support after your 30-day warranty expires. It also entitles you to any product upgrades that may become available for licensed platforms. Maintenance programs are available for multiple years commencing on the first day of the month after your warranty expires.
