Team Tokens for Linux x86/x86-64, Unix or Mac OS X development groups of any size
While many software vendors license their technology only by developer or seat, Rogue Wave licenses its TotalView products by software process under the Team license model. Process tokens (Team Tokens) are used according to the actual number of processes that your team are simultaneously debugging. As an example, a 24 Team Token license will support 6 developers debugging 4 processes, 2 developers debugging 12 processes, or 1 developer debugging 24 processes. The flexibility inherent in this option makes Team Token licensing the ideal environment for growing development teams looking for the best way to leverage their software tool investments. Team Tokens are available for each supported platform. To learn more about our Team Tokens, or to request pricing information, contact our Licensing Group.
Team Plus Tokens for cross-platform development environments
Team Plus Tokens are the best option for your development team if you are debugging and testing on Linux x86/x86-64, Unix and Mac OS X. Ideal for ISV's and development sites working with multiple operating systems, Team Plus Tokens are the most cost-effective way for your team to leverage TotalView's extensive capabilities. The utilization scenario for Team Plus licensing mirrors that of Team licensing, with the number of Process Tokens determining the simultaneous number of processes that your group is debugging. Team Plus Tokens are also available for the majority of supported platforms. Enterprise for reserved capacity debugging
An Enterprise license uses the network floating license model to provide machine-oriented licensing. It allows a specified number of concurrent users to debug on machines with a specified number of CPU cores on a given platform. Debugging capacity is reserved so that the licensed number of users will always be able to debug simultaneously. An Enterprise license imposes no limits on the numbers of processes or threads that developers can debug. Enterprise licenses are available for most supported TotalView platforms.
