CLI Changes

A command and new options to execution commands let you use ReplayEngine from within the CLI:

The new dhistory command lets you enable and disable ReplayEngine, display information, and move to saved places in the history.

The dload and dattach commands have options for enabling and disabling ReplayEngine.

The dnext, dnexti, dout, dstep, and dstepi commands now let you step backwards.
