Alf Rasmussen
Chairman of the Board

Alf is an M&A consultant at Weibull AS, a Norwegian corporate house. He was an international treasury broker with Den Norske Credit bank, as well as a stockbroker with Union Bank of Norway, NA, Jensen & Co., and A. Sundvall ASA. A founder of Atlantic Securities AS, he went on to form Emode AS, a technology company directed towards mobile applications, which was later sold to Aspiro AB. He serves on the Board of Dolphin Interconnect Solutions, ASA, a Norwegian public listed company. Mr. Rasmussen holds degrees from American University in Paris and New York University.

Viktor Sandland

Viktor is Chairman of the Board of TeleComputing ASA, CEO of Rowan AS, and a Board member of Consorte Group ASA and Aker Drilling ASA. He also served on the board of Apptix ASA from 2002-2004. He has held a variety of positions within Corporate Finance and Portfolio Management, including at NOR Aktiv Forvaltning and Christiania Fondsand Procorp. Mr. Sandland holds a degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration and an MBA from Erasmus University in Rotterdam.

Jan Engebretson

For the last 16 years, Jan has been engaged in venture investments and management consulting. He has extensive business and board member experience from the IT and telecom industry, both in Norway and internationally. During the last 5 years, he has held a seat on, or chaired, the following boards: Consorte Group ASA, Consorte Norge AS, Convexa Capital IV AS, Design Power Inc. (Sunnyvale, CA), Dolphin Interconnect Solutions ASA, Easy Park ASA, Selvaag Blue Think AS, Selvaag Gruppen AS, Selvaag Invest AS, Sesam Invest AS, Nettverk AS, NorgesInvestor Vekst AS and ebpharma SPT AS. Mr. Engebretsen has a degree in Solid State Physics from the University of Oslo, exams from the Technical University of Trondheim and several courses in management.

Bill Blake

Bill has over two decades of industry experience in the product management and development of high performance computing systems. He is currently the sr. vice president, product development at Netezza, a market leader in enterprise-class data warehouse appliances. Prior to joining Netezza, he was vice president of High Performance Technical Computing (HPTC) at Compaq (formerly HP), where he was responsible for the development and marketing of HPTC solutions. Mr. Blake holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Electrical Engineering at the Lowell Technological Institute. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) and the American Association of Artificial Intelligence.
