Requests to TotalView Technologies support e-mail or FAX number will receive an immediate acknowledgement. This lets you know that we have received and will begin processing your request for support. A reply from Customer Services with either the solution or a request for additional information is generally made within 12-36 hours of the initial customer request. Many requests are resolved the same day as received.
